Chelsea vs Manchester United preview

Chelsea will receive ManU next weekend in a much awaited game. Manchester is in very fine form after proving themselves in the Manchester derby. Van Gaal has his players riding high on confidence. Can ManU beat Chelsea at the bridge or will they settle for a point?

Chelsea is not in their best form. They have been grinding victories through their usual defensive style. That will be what I expect from Chelsea. Keeping it tight at the back and heating ManU on the counter attack will be what Mourinho and his men will go for. Cesc form has dropped tremendously even though he was the one who scored in last game. he was so influential at the beginning of season. Costa has been injured recently. so I expect Chelsea to look on to Hazard to carry them yet again

Chelsea will be desperate to get Remy back because they will need a more mobile forward than Drogba was in last game. They will need a player that can run behind the defense and stretch that back 4 of ManU. Ramirez can also do that coming from the midfield. He might be starting to help with defensive roll as well. The 2 man holding game has been preferred in the second half of the season. Chelsea will need it especially against ManU. Young and Mata have been a handful on the wings. The full backs will need some cover. the big presence of Flameni might also be a big concern for Mourinho. Preventing the big man to control the midfield will be a major concern

The match up in this game will be big. Mourinho against Van Gaal. Van Gaal knows how important a strong performance will be for his players. This might be a game that helps set up challenge for EPL tittle next year.
